- Full initial back pain assessment screening.
- A 1 Hour workshop, with accompanying written material, detailing the factors that influence back pain and how to overcome them.
- 4 individual sessions of exercise therapy demonstrating how to exercise safely and effectively to promote swifter recovery.
These programmes can be undertaken either at the place of work or at our premises in South Manchester.
